Due to Covid-19 few countries have added further restrictions to shipping and are now charging extra custom duty. The receiver/customer is responsible for settling all charges in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered.
After you’ve placed an order, please allow 7-12 business days to receive your shipping confirmation with tracking details.
NOTE: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, as we are experiencing some delays in our international regions.
Cancellation/Refund requests will not be considered as orders are shipped out as soon as possible. Hence we would request that you please take extra care when selecting your items.
Please Note: Orders once placed will not be refunded.
If you have received a product in an unsatisfactory condition, please let us know within 7 days. Please also send your order number, and clear photos of the damaged/defected item alongside your packing slip using the CONTACT US section. Please contact us using your email address associated with your order.
Please note we cannot consider cases reported after 7 days of the receipt of your items. Please do not dispose of the items as you may need to return them to be eligible for a refund.
Return activity is monitored for abuse and we reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges.
